Water in the house? Call now
A person in our Portland office answers at any hour. We dispatch a crew on that call, dry the structure, and rebuild what we take out.
Waiting costs more than calling
Water damage does not get worse in a straight line. It crosses thresholds.
- 2 days About how long wet material takes before mold starts
- 24/7 Hours a person answers in our Portland office
- 600 Emergency calls we run in a typical year
- 11 yrs Working in this metro, through every storm season

What happens next
-
You call
A person in our Portland office picks up, at any hour. Not a call center and not an answering service. They tell you what to do in the next ten minutes.
-
We dispatch
A crew goes out on that call. You get an arrival window on the phone before you hang up, and we hold to it.
-
Stabilize and document
Water out, drying equipment in. Every affected surface is photographed and moisture-mapped for the insurance file while the crew works.
-
Dry and monitor
Daily moisture readings until the structure reaches target. We hand you the numbers rather than telling you it feels dry.
-
Rebuild and close the claim
Drywall, flooring and paint go back, and we close out the insurance file with your adjuster directly.
Four things you can check
Every claim below is one you can verify independently, which is the point of listing them.
-
A local person answers, not a call center
Dispatch is in our Portland office and staffed around the clock. The person who picks up is the person who sends the crew.
-
We do the rebuild ourselves
Most restoration companies stop once the structure is dry and leave you to find a contractor. One company, one insurance file, from the first call to the last coat of paint.
-
Independent clearance on every mold job
A third-party lab tests and issues the clearance. We do not grade our own work, which removes the incentive to find mold that is not there.
-
We deal with your adjuster
We document the loss to carrier standards and talk to the adjuster directly, so you are not negotiating an insurance claim during the worst week of your year.

Water heater let go at 1am. Somebody picked up on the second ring and there was a truck in my driveway before I had finished mopping.

They dealt with my adjuster directly. I did not have to argue with anybody, which after a house fire is worth a great deal.

The questions people ask while the water is still running
Sudden and accidental water damage is covered by most homeowner policies. Gradual leaks and flooding from outside usually are not. We document the loss the way carriers require and talk to your adjuster directly, but coverage is decided by your carrier and your policy, and nobody can promise you an outcome.
In most cases, your deductible. We bill the carrier directly for the rest. If a job is not going through insurance we will tell you the number before we start work rather than after.
You get a real arrival window on the first call, before you hang up. We would rather give you an honest window and hold to it than quote a headline number we cannot make at 3am in a storm.
For the first visit, yes, or someone who can authorize work. After that we can work with a lockbox, and you get daily readings and photographs either way.
Clearance testing on every mold job is done by a third-party lab, so the document saying it is clean does not come from us. That is deliberate, and it is the answer to this question.
Yes. Drywall, flooring, paint and cabinets, in-house. This is the main thing that separates us from the franchises, who typically stop when the structure is dry.
One number, any hour
If water is spreading right now, call rather than email. If it is not urgent, email dispatch and we will come back to you.
